This is the closest proper floodlit tennis centre to the Sydney city centre. If you work in the CBD or inner city, this is genuinely the most convenient after-work option — courts are open until 11pm on weekdays and there's free parking on-site, which is rare this close to the city.

The venue sits on the edge of Moore Park, so it's easy to combine a session with a walk or run in the park. The SCG, Allianz Stadium, and Fox Studios are all within walking distance if you're planning a bigger day out.

Enter via Gate 1, 556 Cleveland Street (not Talus Street). It's the main Cleveland St gate — look for the tennis signage.
Australian Open Blue courts
These are the same Plexicushion hard court surface used at the Australian Open — fast and unforgiving on the legs. Good to know if you're adjusting to the surface before a competition.
